How we got here.

I started Body Routines because I was tired of running seven apps to do one thing well. One for workouts, one for HRV, one for blood test markers, one for supplements, one for sleep, one for cohort scheduling, one for photo progress. Nothing talked to anything else.

So we built the integrated version. The AI program generator pulls from sleep + HRV + recent fatigue. The supplement protocol section knows what blood test flagged. The cohort engine scales the same session to every lifter without a single plate swap mid-set. It's the app I wanted to use, so I made it.

Daily routines, not heroic ones.

Body Routines is built around the idea that fitness is a practice, not a project. Heroic months don't compound; daily routines do. Every feature reinforces the daily-practice frame: small reps, evidence-based, autonomy-preserving, owned by you.
